What began over 45 years ago as a small tavern created to provide employment to a group of young people in Madrid, near the Teatro Real, has grown into a unique business group. Today, it boasts more than 500 employees, 10 restaurants, a catering and event management division, three hospitality schools, an online hospitality school, and a college.
